For the month of May, the Pinckneyville Chamber of Commerce has chosen Sam’s Material Company as Business of the Month. Sam’s Material Company is owned and operated by Samuel J. Fulk and located at 309 Beaucoup Street in Pinckneyville. They can be reached by calling 357-6612. Business hours are 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Sam’s Material Company is one of the largest landscaping material and supply companies in Southern Illinois. Items stocked include a large selection of landscaping gravel, cobblers, boulders, flagstone, fieldstone and dimension stone. As a distributor for Pavestone, pavers, wall block, edgers, steppers, steps are all stocked in various colors. As a distributor for Oly-Ola, various types of vinyl edging is stocked and available. They also stock a large selection of landscaping fabrics by Fabriscape. A large selection of bird baths, fountains, animals, etc., are also available.
